I have locked my college ,freezed it and paid the fees also but not downloaded the allotment letter. How to download now.3rd round started.

Hello Akshat,
It's really unfortunate that such circumstances arose. However one thing I can suggest it try downloading the allotment letter sometime later as due to lag in internet connection it might occur.Even if it fails try contacting your college to get further assistance on the matter.
