Let me help you out with this. First of all contact the examination board of your college. I'm sure they will have a duplicate copy of your mark sheets and admit card. Since you're saying you're looking for mark sheet then I assume you've already passed this examination. Then you don't need hall ticket, the mark sheet will suffice the need.

In case the school authority is unable to help you out with the process, do approach the examination board official website page and try to connect with the office number or call a counsellor to the examination board. The site must have a redressal and discrepancy mechanism in case of an emergency. You can also drop and an email to the examination board about the situation, they will reach out to you within 48 hours.

You can apply for the new marksheets from the Directorate of Education.

There is a procedure, you have to file a police complaint that you have lost your marksheet certificates and take the complaint to the Directorate of Education to apply for new marksheets. The new mark sheet certificate you will receive will not be certified as duplicates.

To get the duplicate marksheet you can visit the CBSE website ( http://www.cbse.nic.in/faq/dup.htm ) to know the detailed guidelines for obtaining the new marksheets.
