No, If you have taken duplicate copy of marksheet from Regional office of CBSE, then it will not cause any problem to your admission during counselling. NEET authorities ask you to provide an original marksheet and its one zerox copy, in your case, the duplicate one which you have taken from the regional office will act as the original copy.
