Yes, you need to get your certificate.. Mail or contact the CBSE office because if you don't have any of your document you won't be able to get a college.. You have to get each and every document verified during the counselling procedure..Good luck.. Hope this helps..

If you have your marksheet with you then most of the colleges will allow you to take admission. Though this will require some stuff on your part. Maybe they will ask you to write an application about your missing certificate and you'll give the administration once you will get it. In the meantime contact your college administration and tell them that you have lost it and want a new one. They will help you out.

You must have 12th Certificate at the time of counselling and without it you can do nothing.

There is 5% reservation for green card holders in odisha counselling.  Candidates claiming the reservation should be permanent natives of the state.Candidates claiming reservation under Green Card must produce original non tempered green cards of their parents issued by Government of Odisha only. Also, They should not have taken the privilege of it before.
