I have lost my application form how can I get that now? or is that important in during the document verification of PGCET (MBA)?

You must have received the official confirmation email on your registered email id after submitting the application form. You can carry that along with the application fee receipt on the day of the document verification. You also need to carry your admit card, academic certificates/documents, work experience (if any), domicile certificate (if applicable), etc. for the document verification process. You can also contact the exam authority at Phone: 080 - 23460460 / e-mail: keauthority-ka@nic.in to get clarity on the issue.
