It would be much better if you could mention the exam for which application number is lost.

But don’t worry as you can always check your mail as the exam board sends you confirmation mail.

If not found then you can send mail to the officials of the exam.You can get their contact details from the exam website.

Sometimes the exam board sends the application no. as well as password to the mobile number given.So you can also check there.
