But if I laminate that copy. Will that be enough for admission in college or university ?  

Since any document which is in printed form and not a original document, is not being considered for admission as their are chances when candidates can change the marksheet by editing the computerized document. But these can be used as a reference and later on you can submit the original one i.e. at time of admission submit digilocker copy and at later stage you have to provide the original marksheet for which you need to submit a undertaking in the college regarding not having original document.

What about admit card ? I still have class X admit card. Original one. Is it useless ? Btw how can I get back my class X marksheet and TC . As I have lost them both.  I am really scared at this point  

When you move toward admission in college at that time 10th class marksheet is just being used to verify your name date of birth and other personal information. And as for getting the marksheet you need to fill the form. Thanks for the information. Btw I have also lost class X TC. Do I need it now ? I have already pass class 12
