Perhaps this should not have happened as this is very critical stage. The document verification may be conducted at any point of time. You should take care of these things much more at this stage. Usually K-CET will release a link after some days of the results in order to download the application form. They had provided the option the previous year. I don't if they will provide the option this year. Stay tuned for every notifications in KEA website and if at all they don't provide the link, just contact KEA helpline through email, mentioning ur hall ticket number and ask them for help. I hope you got the point after reading this answer.
