Hi, if you have lost your password and have your user id with you. You can go to forgot password and answer some of the questions and a mail will be sent to you from that you can change your password and you are good to go. If not that you do not remember anything but have your admit card downloaded already there you can find your application number and that will help you in getting your account back. Hope this helps.
