Firstly, please do not panic. Your NEET Admit Card can be retraced even in case where you have lost ir and have not downloaded the same. Please login to the NEET page with your registered email ID and your date of birth and it will redirect you to your applocation form where you can find your admit card and re-download the same.

Please try this method and get back to me if in case you cannot still get your card.
