At the time of registration , you must have received the login credentials on your mailbox and text inbox. In case , youdon't have access to bothb, kindlymail the helpline committies or talk to them over their helpline numbers. I would have mentioned the same numbers and mail id here , but you haven't mrntioned the name of state. So , please either mention the same or look up for it.
