i have made 2 transaction towards FMGE. Because at 1st, money is deducted but i didn't got any transaction number on FMGE login page. Then i made 2nd transaction after 3days,then i got transaction number on the login page. i have submitted all the necessary proofs for refund.when do i get the refund

Dear Bhargav, it might take anything between 7-10 business days. Keep all the proof of transactions for future reference. You might nit need them but they would just come handy just in case. Also keep an eye on your bank account for any refund of the amount. You should get it within 7-10 business days.

But, it's been 18 days since i made the payment. i have been mailing then twice a day. But there is no proper response. Its been 18 days since i made the payment
