Don't worry dear if you have made any mistake in NEET 2nd phase registration form then you can correct in by October 13th 2021 to avoid any future complication during admission or counselling.  After the extension of last date for submitting Phase 2 details, NTA has provided the final opportunity to the candidates to correct their Phase 1 as well as Phase 2 fields only till October 13th, so if you have made in any of the below mentioned fields then you correct it by October 13th 2021 :-

• Gender
• Nationality
• e-mail address
• Category
• Sub-category
• Fields of Second Phase
