I have made CAT payment via UPI - QR Code. the amount is deducted from my account ( i got sms from the bank) however the form is not subitted and portal is asking me for the payment. Helpdesk Toll free number is not connecting. Please guide me

This happens due to various reasons like session timeout, sender or receiver bank problem. We would suggest you to make another payment only then your application is considered to complete and can be accepted. The amount that was debited will be refunded to your bank account within 7 working days. Once contact your bank customer care and register a complaint they will assist you.
