As u made registration and u did not got registered to that and to this problem you may do one thing that u may register once again knowing the rules of that through the website and as by going through that website u may get to know how to register and how to get mail based on that registration and by that you can register once again and tie up with your mail or mobile number and you will get otp or some code and enter that code so that u may get registered by doing this process and i think my suggestions and knowledge may be helpful to u.
