i have made mistake in date of birth while applying for comedk will the reject my application .i mailed to them but they said its upto verification officer what can i do

It is not a major problem unless you cross the maximum age limit set up by some of the colleges. During the counselling you need to carry a self attested affidavit claiming that you have wrongly filed the date of birth with authentic proof of your actual date of birth.
The verification officer will take the document in consideration and will most probably allow you to confirm changes in dob. But remember the final decision is in the hands of verification officer and he has all the rights to deny your admission.
