As per the noifications by MCC the fees will be refunded after the counselling process along with the allotment of institutes is completed. If the money is not refunded to you even after a week of the last date of the counselling (26th December) then you can write a mail regarding the same to financemcc2019@lifecarehll.com

If they still do not respond or refund the amount you can visit the nearest branch of your bank and ask them what the next step should be.
