Hi. This is the criteria for EWS certificate-
- your annual family income is less than Rs. 8 lakhs per year (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Economically_Weaker_Section#cite_note-businesstoday.in-13)
- your family does not own more than 5 acres of agriculture land (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Economically_Weaker_Section#cite_note-14)
- your residential flat area is below 1000 sq ft. (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Economically_Weaker_Section#cite_note-15)
- your plot's area is below 100 square yards if in a notified municipality sector (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Economically_Weaker_Section#cite_note-businesstoday.in-13)
- The residential plot's area your below 200 square yards if in a non-notified municipality sector.
If you fit in this category you can avail 10% reservation throughout the country.
