I have managed to score 476 in Neet and I am from Gujarat...I also come under EWS quota...Do I have a chance to get a Govn. Med. College?

Yes you have some Chances of getting a government medical College because you belong to EWS category. And as per the rules of NEET 2019-2020, you will receive reservation benefits. But as this year's cut off marks are higher than previous years, it's going to be tough. So I'll wish you all the best of luck for your future.
