Maths is not a subject that is mandatory while giving NEET .
You must have studied Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English as core subjects during your 11th and 12th standard in order to be eligible for NEET.
Now Biology can be your core subject or additional one. If you've studied it at the 11th and 12th level you are eligible for the exam.

Yes, you can absolutely give the NEET UG exam with maths. The only condition is that you should have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects from a recognized board.
Other eligibility criteria are listed below-
Class 12 or equivalent appearing aspirants are also eligible to apply for NEET.
Candidates must have completed 17 years as on December 31, 2022.
The class 12 percentage required for NEET 2022 exam is separate for each category and can be listed as under. NEET eligibility marks in class 12 to be considered are aggregate marks only for PCB subjects
UR - 50%,
OBC/SC/ST - 40%,
PWD - 45%

Yess you can give NEET exam after having maths as your subject, but the condition is that you must have biology as one of your subject in 12th class. If you have subjects like pcmb in your 12th, then you are eligible for giving NEET exam, if you have only PCM and not Biology, then you can't give the exam, because biology is the compulsory subject if you want to give NEET.
