I have mistakenly registered as obc in jee main 2021 and I gave Feb,March attempts then in correction & registration time of both April and May sessions,I corrected that to general.My April admit carried my category as general and now may admit released and it carries OBC category.Why?What to do?

As you mentioned that admit cards has been released, so now nothing can be done to change the details on admit card. I would suggest you to write the exam.
There are very low chances that someone will ask you during exam about this mistake (information). But during counselling, you can make it correct. Also, if you register yourself as OBC candidate in counselling as well, but you do not submit the category certificate then you will be treated as general candidate, so no need to worry.
