I have mp domicile but I want to apply for Karnataka Maharashtra and Chhattisgarh private medical colleges as they have low fee so from where do I apply for them?

See if you are seeking admission in private medical colleges of states other than your domicile than you have to apply for their respective state counselling. Now as you want to take admission in private colleges of Karnataka, Maharashtra and Chhattisgarh so you have to separately apply for their state counselling and note that you can apply for only private seats for states Chhattisgarh and Karnataka but for Maharashtra you can apply for government seats in private colleges. As government seats are reserved only for state candidates.
