I have my 11th class report card but I don't have roll no written on it. I need it for my neet form what should I do??

If you have hall ticket for class 11th exam then you can find your roll number in the hall ticket. If do not have hall ticket number then you may enter the class 11th roll number/admission number allotted to you by the institute you have studied. Last date to apply for NEET UG 2022 is May 6, 2022 till 11:50 PM and the last date to pay the application is May 7, 2022.

The documents/things that you need to keep ready before applying for NEET UG 2022 are enlisted below

• Valid Government Photo Identity card (Aadhaar card, ration card, bank account passbook, passport, or any other government photo ID card)
• Personal details and communication details such as candidate and parents name, date of birth, permanent and corresponding address, active email ID, and mobile number.
• Scanned images of recent passport size photograph, postcard size photograph, signature, Right and left fingers and right & left thumb impressions.
