I have my All India Category Rank 14k and my AIR is 190041.. Will my Category Rank be considered for admission.? The closing ranks for different colleges is AIR or including the Category Rank?

Yes, your category rank would be considered for admission. There's a certain percentage of reservation for each category and to get a seat under that reservation category rank is taken into account. So, you can avail the reserved seat for your category using the category ranking that you have gotten.
