it will be little trick to apply for residence as you have done your schooling from Punjab but you got a plus point that you have your permanent residence there and your father own a property there and your mother is from MP you can check further detail from the link given below https://www.indiafilings.com/learn/madhya-pradesh-residence-certificate/
