PWD reservation is a horizontal reservation within your Category. For example, if you belong to OBC Category and you have PWD certificate, you can claim OBC-PWD reservation benefits. Seats are allotted on the basis of merit in your NEET exam. There is no separate reservation for PWD per se. Once NEET results have been announced, to avail PWD benefits, you should go to any Disability assessment Centre and get yourself checked by a medical team. They will give you a certificate which helps you with reservation benefits of PWD.
