Hello,

you are applying for the UPSEE so your certificate is needed as proof. Why there is any need of parents. NO exam checks certification of parents to given an application clearance to their wards.

its fine you have completed your diploma from another state. It won't hamper your studies.

You should go through the information brouchre of the UPSEE exam which you will find it in the official webpage.
