I have my Maharashtra government Caste certificate, validity and NCl also and it is written Lohar(Nomadic Tribe-B) in my caste certificate so i scored 142 in neet so as per central list of OBC-NCL am I qualified in neet 2024? the qualifying marks for obc is 129 and general is 164
