I have my present address printed on my eligibility certificate and permanent address on passport will there be any problem to get mci registration in future

There are no such problems expected. Now if any problem occurs then you can always give a counter argument that you have changed your permanent to the present address as a result two address differs. But in general no such problems occurs.
If you visit the MCI website there are also no regulation regarding the ineligibility for any such address related discrepancies.

Thank you so much. I was really worried about this thing.. One more thing , I have don't have any id proof for my present address except my driving license and all other my id have my present address because my we have to change the place due to my fathers job..
And my friends we're telling me that they will check passport only for your visa and stamps. Is that true?
