i have my sub combitation PCM . To crack bsc geology entrnace of bhu how should i prepare ? any specific book to follow ? Is G.K important ?

The eligibility criteria on the official site states that the minimum qualifying marks are 50% marks in Science in the qualifying board examination. When it comes to books, look into Pearson Guide books and books from Arihant publications. They offer a pretty intensive practice paper set as well, which is very beneficial. G.K is not a requirement in the exam.
