Nobody can tell any treatment for this first of all you have to tell all the history of yours like your age and from when you have been using glasses for your eyes . As you know if myopia lasts for long then there will be risk of serious eye conditions such as myopic degeneration ,retinal detachment, glaucoma, and cataracts and many more . So I will suggest that you to go for orthokeratology in which specially designed contact lenses  that reshape the cornea of the eye to temporarily correct mild to moderate myopia.

Or in ayurved you can go through panchkarma therapy under which they used to do tarpan of your eyes which may be very useful for your myopia . But before this consult with a specialist of this myopia then go for treatment .
