Dear student,

Yes, you are eligible for IAS exam even if you have Nearsightedness that is myopia.

See, any minor physical problems is not a matter of concern in Indian Administrative Service but if someone is aspiring for Indian Police Service, then these things are checked.

Like you said you have Myopia(-4.5) so it is not a reason of being unfit for IAS post because you can see well by having spectacles but you should note that if someone have myopia with macular degenerative changes then he/she will be called unfit for service in the IAS.
