DEAR ASPIRANT,
If you have secured 131 mark in NEET then, it's quite not possible to get seat in All India Quota Seats and State Quota for MBBS or related programs . You need approximately 40th % of NEET cutoff which is equal to 135-140 to get qualified. I hope you will improve and get into your dream college in your next attempt.
