Yes, it is possible to make OBC certificate in 1 day but it is complicated process.

• First you have to go to meeseva(center) and apply your certificate.
• after completion of this process.
• you have to go to VRO office there will be a computer operator recommend him to complete my caste certifiecate.
• Then you can get in on that day only.

I am extremely sorry to inform you that in order to gain a reservation seat, you need to furnish caste certificate or else your seat shall be considered based on general rank which directly means you could go on to loose your seat.

Writing a self declaration shall not be entertained by the Verification authority under any circumstances. You had known about the submission of caste certificates way before ( during filling up the application ) and you had a lot of time in getting a new caste certificate. Therefore, based on this argument, I don't think they will accept any self declaration as a plea from the student.

Let me throw in some personal experience. I couldn't furnish obc certificate for WBJEE counselling back in 2015. I thought my odisha obc certificate would do. But it didn't. Ultimately, I had to give up my seat and lost a very good opportunity to get into a good government college.

You may ask your immediate seniors from school for that matter and see what insight they can offer to you. It is highly unlikely that they will consider the self declaration. As far documents verification is concerned, they are extremely strict and follow those rigid rules  to their grave.

Look for people who could offer some magical way out of this trouble. Good luck.
