Hi Meenu!
You can appear for AIIMS to get into one of the 7 AIIMS institutes and JIPMER to get into JIPMER Pondicherry.
Otherwise all other medical colleges (government and private) require NEET.
Hope this answers your question!

I think you are referring to neet and if you haven't applied for that then the only way to get into medicine is by clearing JIPMER and AIIMS.
This ebook serves as a valuable study guide for NEET exams, specifically designed to assist students in light of recent changes and the removal of certain topics from the NEET exam.
Hey Meenu,
AIPMT 2018 (All India Pre Medical Test) has been now replaced with NEET 2018 (National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test). NEET has taken the place of AIPMT from the year 2016. It is a gateway to get admission in MBBS/BDS programmes in various government and private institutions. Every year AIPMT (now NEET) is conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education. Almost, every medical institution (except JIPMER and AIIMS) considers the AIPMT score for providing admission to MBBS and BDS courses.
So, I'm really sorry Meenu, there isn't any alternative to get admission. Even AIIMS has closed their window for application.
However, if you are trying for JIPMER, you can apply till 13th April 2018. It's a long shot but you can still try.
Hope this was helpful!
