I have not applied for bitsat can i get a 2nd phase test ? Or ill get direct admission???
You can get admission into BITS Pilani and its branches, by writing its entrance test by the name Birla Institute of Technology & Science Admission Test (BITSAT), conducted every year in the online format in different cities for a duration of almost 10 days with 2 slots per day. The only other condition with BITSAT is the candidate must have scored an aggregate of 75% marks in class 12th exams with a min of 60% marks in PCM/PCB.
You can also get direct admission if you are a first rank holder in your state board's 12th class exams. The condition for which is this that you must be from science stream.
Now, if you don't fulfil any of the above criteria then you cannot get admission in BITS Pilani.

If you have not applied for BITSAT 2019, there is no way now that you can get a second phase test. Also admission in BITS Pilani/ Hyderabad/ Goa does not take place directly or through management quota, you have to clear the BITSAT cutoff.
