Hello Dear,

Because you have not allotted any seat in INI CET. Therefore there is no any issue of the bond of 3 lakhs. This rule is only applicable if student get the college allotted in any round of counselling.

If aspirants allotted a seat through INI CET counselling he/she must join the designated college within the specified date. The seat allotted in the first round will be left vacant and will be automatically allotted to another candidate as per the merit. Failure to join the allotted seat will lead to impositions of penalty of Rs. 3 lakhs.
