i have not been alloted any seat in round 1 and in round 2. whether i am eligible for extended round.

Hey Dear,
As you mentioned in the question. You have been not allowed any seat in rounds 1 & 2. Sorry to say that, If it is written in guidelines, you get a message from there whether you are allowed in an extended round or not.
