There won't be any issue regarding this. You just have to make an affidavit and give it the person who will be taking your DV.

You should have it corrected as soon as possible. Or you can also get an affidavit from the notary saying that both these persons are you. I think an affidavit is valid for 6 months.  You should also keep the photocopies of your marksheet that you are going to get amended.
