I have not gen-ews certificate but a valid income certificate.Then In josaa counselling,i will face an Y problem

Yes you have to present the EWS form given in JEE brochure fully verified and stamped by competent authority during counselling. Failing to do so you will not be considered for seat acceptance and you shall be disqualified from further rounds of counselling. If you cannot get an EWS certificate because of unfulfillment of every criteria then change your category to general otherwise you would be in a lot of trouble!
