Yes, you can. You need not to appear for CAT to get admitted into Indraprastha University for MBA. They have their separate CET exams for every course. Personally, I wouldn't suggest you getting into IPU for an MBA degree. It is undoubtedly good for graduation but IPU and other business schools like IIM, IMT, ISB etc are uncomparable. If you can wait and appear for CAT/CMAT/SNAP etc then you definitely should,it would be really beneficial for long term. If you know you don't have time or any xyz reason, you can join IPU. Just don't fall into the trap of getting into unrecognised colleges of it, they are pathetic. If you're sure about getting into ipu then go for top colleges like VIPS, Maharaja etc. The university is very clear about placements, it is not guaranteed. Top colleges of ipu have good faculty and decent crowd though. Take your decision wisely.
