I have not got B.K Birla college of commerce of Kalyan. I have got Pragati college of Dombivili . I kept B.K Birla at first preference and Pragati at second preference. I don't want Pragati college. I want B.k Birla college for commerce. I have got 422/500 in SSC Board exam. How can I get B.K Birla?

In counselling forms, candidates are given option to fill out their preferences of college or course and if the seats are available in same, then according to candidates rank/score seats are given to them. But as you mentioned that you have not got you first preference, might be there is no vacant seat or your rank is not as per requirement.
