Ideally No. Most Companies requires you to pass and clear all your Back logs before joining the company. So after you have cleared your 7th semester back you can anytime apply for jobs in All the MNCs. Give Walk-In Interviews and there won't be any problem.

It totally depends on the company if it wants to retain your post. However, companies select their desired candidates atleast 6months before their final examination. So, if you cannot provide your certificates, you might be detained from getting a job. Again, it also depends on the company's policy if it wants to hire you looking at your previous records.
