I have not got seat in first round UG NEET . My ranking is 599484 and I belong to SCheduled Caste, MY category ranking is 67000. Is there chance to get MBBS Govt seat in further round / in BAMS under govt seat.

At this rank you will not get government seat neither in MBBS or BAMS on your category. This year cut off ranks for MBBS for SC candidate in AIQ quota seat was AIR 69669 in neet 2020 .
last year i.e,2019 cutoff rank for BAMS for sc candidate in AIQ (15%) seat was AIR 141279.
You can only get Deemed Universities for MBBS or BAMS at this low ranking .
