General B.Sc will not have any major subject. You study the subjects in general so as to pick up a Masters in any one of the subjects. And it is not mandatory to have a major subject in Graduation. A Bachelor's degree in any discipline is good enough for appearing for SBI Clerk exam. According to the eligibility criteria available at: https://sbi.co.in/documents/77530/400725/JA+20+-+Detailed+Ad+%28Eng%29++-+Final.pdf/7aeafcee-b7fd-b22d-8993-4eea4c969f7c?t=1577966465395 , you need to be a graduate in any discipline from a recognised University. Candidates with Integrated dual degree certificate should make sure that the date of passing the Dual degree is on or before 01.01.2021. The guidelines do not mention that there is a major subject that you need to graduate in. Even General B.Sc is considered a valid educational qualification. And so you are eligible for applying for SBI Clerk exam 2021. The applications will be available on the official website from Jan 3rd, 2021.

As per the requirements, A graduate degree in any discipline from a recognised university or any similar qualification recognised by the Central Government is the minimum prerequisite qualification for the SBI Clerk exam. In order to be qualified for the SBI Clerk Exam, applicants must also have obtained at least 50 percent of the 10th grade.
