To get admission in any college your score in physics , chemistry and mathematics are taken into account in WBJEE. But you need to mention the marks of your 4th subject. If not biology then if there was any subject you need to mention. It's important to mention the subject as it will be verified in the reporting center. So it's not necessary to select biology. Whatever was your 4th subject you should select and give the marks.

as pe your query  if you have not mention biology mark in wbjee counselling then you have to consult your counseller  authority to solve your problem or go to the wbjee registration page and check out is there any form correction option available there as i have not much idea about the re correction problem
