I have not opted for Deemed Universities in First Round and didn't get seat also. Can I add Deemed Universities in Second Round?

Yes you can participate in counseling for deemed university in second round.. you have to deposit a security amount of 2lakh inr which will be adjusted in your college fees in case you get seat, or will be refunded in case you didn't get seat... I will get forfeit if you get a seat and don't take it..
