I have not paid seat acceptance fee of josaa in 7th round of counselling can i take part in csab special round?

Hello,
As you have mentioned that you have nit paid the acceptance fees of josaa in 7th round of counselling.. See, let me tell you that there is nithing to do with the previous rounds of josaa to participate in the csab special round.. The candidates who have passed jee exam are eligible to participate in the csab special round.. In this round the vacant for NITs, IIITs and GFITs and its cutoff goes somewhat higher (rank wise)....
So, be relaxed and participate in the csab special round.. You are eligible for it....
