i have not registered in mock round and round1 counselling....can i registered in round 2 counselling

Hello candidate,
For state quota, if you want to get admission,you have to get registered for firsr round itself and you will automatically registered for second round/third round.
For AIQ , You can register for round 2 , even if you have not registered for round 1 and mock up round too.
