I have not scored 50%in pcm but i have scored 70% altogether in class 12 will i be eligible for b arch course in year 2020?Because of the new elegibility due to covid-19.

The eligibility criteria for B.arch is as follows:
Academic qualification: Candidates should have passed class 12 or diploma with Maths as a subject
Apart from qualifying NATA or JEE, 10+2 qualified students with PCM or 10+3 diploma with mathematics are eligible for admission to B.arch in the 2020-21 session.
